Hiya! I’m Tristan, a sciences grad and avid maker of ice cream currently residing in Melbourne, Australia. A few years ago now, maybe 2018-ish I bought an ice cream maker thinking that I might make the occasional batch and hoping that it doesn’t become yet another appliance clogging up space around my apartment. However, it turns out that I actually quite liked making my own ice cream, and I wanted my vegan friends to be able to enjoy my ice cream too. This lead me down a rabbit hole of ice cream science and technique that has resulted in some recipes that I’m now quite keen to share!
